North Country Alliance COVID-19 Emergency Business Relief Program: Through this program, the North Country Alliance (NCA) is providing businesses located within their service region with short-term relief and access to working capital during the Coronavirus pandemic. The program will provide eligible for-proft and not-for-profit businesses with less and 100 employees loans of up to $25,000. WLDC Emergency Working Capital Loan Program: On Tuesday, April 21, 2020 the Watertown Local Development Corporation Board of Directors approved an emergency loan program for City businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The “Emergency Working Capital Loan Program” will allow eligible privately owned for-profit businesses to borrow up to $10,000 for emergency working capital needs. For more information, click here.
